If you don’t do that, they will walk away, them and their wallets and definitely tell their friends how rude that business was to them. You would do exactly the same.
2. Build relationships with your customers! All human beings are social creatures. You know that, so why not use that knowledge. Be friends with your customers. Wish them all the best. You want them to stick around, we healthy and happy, so they can buy more from you and tell your friends how awesome you are.
3. Do more and they’ll buy more! Never stop offering services and products to your customers, sometimes even for free, like free shipping, or free trials for a certain amount of time, or free customer-service. Keep them happy! See the profits rise!
4. Be a mall! Have all the services and products they might need. Go above and beyond what you think they might need when making your list of things you can offer them. Don’t make your customer work to hard and look for different related products in different places. Once they find a place that offers it all they will forget you immediately. People love to be comfortable and taken care of.
5. Innovation is in fashion! Always get more products and services on the list of things your online business offers. Be on the lookout, see what’s new and hip out there and offer it too!
